I’m Danielle Lovell Jones, Founder and Chief Engagement Officer at Lovell Strategies.

I’m a human first — a partner, parent, sister, auntie, and friend. I’ve spent more than 15 years helping foundations, nonprofits, and companies navigate the messy but rewarding work of leadership. Along the way, I’ve guided organizations through leadership transitions, retreats, and fundraising strategies that have helped move nearly $100 million toward equity-centered visions.

I started Lovell Strategies because I believe real impact doesn’t begin with polished decks. It begins with people. When leaders are honest with themselves, their teams, and their partners, lasting change becomes possible. That belief comes from my maternal family’s immigrant journey, which taught me the power of investing in people, saying the necessary things to move conversations forward, and inspiring others to step into their best selves

I’m a proud Miami native with Trinidadian and Panamanian roots — and a vibrant mix of Harvard (Biochemical Sciences), Georgetown Law (JD), and Enneagram 4 energy. When I’m not working with leaders to unlock clarity, you can find me hanging with my husband and kids (Bluey on repeat), salsa dancing with friends (not as often as I’d like), or blasting Soca music.
